Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Rental Fees
  • Rental fees are non-refundable once an order is confirmed.
  • This includes cancellations due to personal reasons or event changes.
  • Rental payment method: For rental orders, Desi Switch will charge the full retail value of the selected dress. After the dress is returned and inspected, the rental fee (and any applicable fees) will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Cancellations
  • We offer a 48-hour grace period after order confirmation during which you can cancel your rental or purchase for a full refund. Once this period has passed, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
  • Force Majeure
No refunds are provided for:

  • Personal Emergencies
  • Travel Issues
  • Shipping Issues
  • Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds.
