Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Rental Fees
  • Rental fees are non-refundable once an order is confirmed.
  • This includes cancellations due to personal reasons or event changes.
  • Rental payment method: For rental orders, Desi Switch will charge the full retail value of the selected dress. After the dress is returned and inspected, the rental fee (and any applicable fees) will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Cancellations
  • A 48-hour grace period applies to both rentals and purchases after order confirmation. Orders may be canceled within this window for a full refund, and no late fees will apply. Any remaining amount will be refunded. After the grace period, a fee of 20% of the rental amount will be deducted.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
  • Force Majeure
No refunds are provided for:

  • Weather Conditions
  • Personal Emergencies
  • Travel Issues
  • Shipping Issues
  • Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds.
